FunctionsScientist / Engineer specialized in the development and set up of neutron detectorsPart of a multidisciplinary team in charge of developing components for the ESS Bilbao test facilities and the in-kind contribution to the European Spallation Neutron Source (ESS), located in Lund (Sweden).Set up of neutron detection systems in the ESS Bilbao facilities.Performance of experiments with radiation sources, including experimental campaigns in neutron facilitiesParticipation in international projects in the field of large scientific facilities ExperienceExperience as staff in neutron facilitiesExperience in national and international research institutionsExperience in operation of radiation detection equipment (neutrons, photons)Experience in the development of detection systemsInsight into the fields of neutron detection and data acquisition systems
