Esta es tu oportunidad para liderar el desarrollo de una categoría clave en nuestras oficinas centrales # ;️ Estamos buscando un/a Jefe/a de Producto especializado en Textil # ; Ubicación: Oficinas centrales ⏰ Jornada: Completa (40 horas semanales) # ; Reporta directamente a: Director/a Comercial # ;️ Funciones principales: # ; Definir la amplitud de gama por segmento y gestionar parámetros clave (talla, precio, formato…). # ; Seleccionar productos y crear colecciones siguiendo procedimientos y cadencias establecidas. # ; Seguir tendencias de mercado y garantizar su reflejo en la gama de CONFORAMA (ferias, proveedores, publicaciones, competencia…). # ; Generar planes de ventas permanentes para gamas de fondo de lineal. # ; Gestionar pedidos técnicos fuera del sistema habitual. # ; Fijar precios de venta y promocionales, cumpliendo la política comercial. # ;️ Asegurar el mejor precio local. # ; Auditar descuentos en tienda y apoyar en el seguimiento de desviaciones. # ;️ Impulsar acciones comerciales en tienda y comunicación promocional. # ; Planificar ventas promocionales para ejecución en tiendas. # ; Designar cantidades provisionales para promociones. # ;️ Definir implantación en tiendas nuevas y remodelaciones. # ;️ Participar en el desarrollo de elementos de Visual Merchandising. # ; Designar pedidos iniciales para nuevas implantaciones o novedades. # ; Validar pedidos para nuevas aperturas junto a logística. # ; Fomentar sinergias con otros departamentos. # ; Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos cuantitativos y cualitativos. ✅ Requisitos mínimos: # ; Titulación en ADE, Económicas o Empresariales. # ; Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en puesto similar en distribución, especialmente en sofás para el equipamiento del hogar # ; Actitud positiva, capacidad de negociación y liderazgo. # ; Dinamismo, adaptación, análisis y organización. # ; Orientación a resultados. # ; Se valorará nivel de inglés B1. # ; ¿Qué ofrecemos?
