We are looking for a Transformation Consultant with a strong IT background to support technology-enabled transformation initiatives in international environments. The role focuses on helping organizations improve how they use technology to run their business, combining analysis, solution design, and hands‑on delivery support.You will work with business and IT stakeholders to understand current systems and processes, define pragmatic improvement initiatives, and support implementation and adoption. The role sits at a Manager level and may include responsibility for leading workstreams or small teams.Key Responsibilities: Assessment & Strategy Assess current IT landscapes, processes, and ways of workingIdentify improvement opportunities related to efficiency, simplification, and productivitySupport the definition of transformation priorities and roadmapsSolution & Design Contribute to the design of IT solutions such as ERP, CRM, or customer experience platformsTranslate business needs into solution concepts and implementation approachesSupport technology selection and vendor discussions when neededDelivery & Implementation Support the implementation of technology and process changesWork with internal teams and external vendors to move initiatives forwardEnsure solutions integrate properly with existing systemsChange & Adoption Support change management activities linked to new processes and systemsFacilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholdersHelp ensure new solutions are understood and adopted by usersPerformance & Governance Help define KPIs to track progress and resultsSupport governance, reporting, and decision‑making forumsSkills & Experience Required Background in transformation consulting or similar roles, with clear IT exposure8–15 years of experience in technology-enabled transformation initiativesExperience with enterprise solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, CX platforms, or similarGood understanding of IT landscapes and system integration basicsAbility to translate business problems into practical technology solutionsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsComfortable working independently in remote and international environmentsFull professional fluency in EnglishAt Eraneos, we are committed to respecting diversity and ensuring equal opportunities.
