Join to apply for the Full-Stack Mobile Developer role at ODOS About the role We’re looking for a Full-Stack Mobile Developer to help us expand our platform into mobile, unlocking new ways for farmers and advisors to collect sustainability data and engage with large-scale sustainability and insetting programs. Mobile is a key next step for ODOS. You’ll play a central role in designing and building mobile applications that work in real-world agricultural contexts, while also contributing to the frontend of our existing web platform. The products you work on will be used by farmers, advisors, and sustainability teams who rely on accurate, usable tools in operational settings. This role sits close to product, delivery, and customers, and focuses on turning complex sustainability requirements into practical, reliable software. What you’ll do Design and develop mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native Contribute to the frontend of our web application using React Build and maintain backend services and databases supporting mobile and web apps Collaborate closely with product, design, and delivery teams Optimise application performance, usability, and reliability Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack Participate in code reviews and technical decision-making What we’re looking for Proven experience building mobile applications for iOS and/or Android Strong proficiency with React Native Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, lifecycle, and platform guidelines Experience with mobile‑specific requirements such as offline functionality, push notifications, and device capabilities Technical stack Strong experience with React for web applications Solid SQL skills, including schema design and query optimisation Experience building RESTful APIs using Node.js Comfortable using Git for version control Full-stack capabilities Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and data layers Experience with server‑side development and API design Familiarity with cloud services and deployment workflows Experience delivering apps for both iOS and Android Experience maintaining production applications used by real customers Familiarity with app store submission processes and review guidelines Experience with analytics, monitoring, and performance tooling Understanding of mobile security best practices Exposure to automated testing and CI/CD pipelines What ODOS offers Real product ownership: You’ll own features from design to production and influence how the platform evolves.
