Responsibilities:
  1. Design of specifications for customer data extracts and reports.
  2. Design of specifications for customer API change requests.
  3. Knowledge gathering with customers to support Single Sign-on requests ensuring a smooth transition.
  4. Detailed analysis ensuring no customer data leakage and consistency in output adhering to customer data standards.
  5. Support investigation of Single Sign-on and API related queries.
  6. Support investigation of data extract/report related queries.
  7. Ensure unrivalled customer service and retention, by exceeding expectations and proactively managing any API, Single Sign-on & data extract/report related issues.
  8. Able to demonstrate the API on request.
  9. Communications with other CUBE teams to ensure any customer requests are delivered on time.
What we’re looking for:
  1. Experience with Postman
  2. An understanding of how Single Sign-on works
  3. Previous exposure with API solutions
  4. Experience with SoapUI
  5. Experience working with Excel & Word
  6. Experience with Atlassian suite
  7. Prior experience working in consulting firms and/or technology vendors within financial services would be a distinct advantage

  2. Organised and passionate about building and delivering customer-centric propositions
  3. Ability to manage multiple stakeholder communities with varying levels of experience
  4. Time management and organizational skills
  5. Ability to demonstrate strong collaboration across a wide spectrum of colleagues, including internationally. A proven track record of working with offshore teams would be a major benefit
  6. High level of drive, commitment to achieving solutions and ability to work under pressure
  7. Intellectual strength/flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems, apply critical thinking, and rationalise these into workable solutions which can then be delivered
  8. A demonstrable commitment to diversity and inclusiveness
  9. Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
