Product Marketing Manager – Finance Factorial is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for our Finance vertical. We aim to 3× our financial suite revenue in 2025 across Expense Management, Project Management and Accounting, and to launch two new products. As Product Marketing Manager you will own the positioning and launch of Finance products, working with leaders across product, sales, marketing, and customer experience. You will shape how customers are educated about Finance features, manage the full launch pipeline, and drive growth. Responsibilities Lead GTM strategies for new product launches, ideating concepts and forecasting business impact. Coordinate with product, sales, customer success, finance, marketing, partners, and external agencies to align launch plans, timelines, actions, and priorities. Manage GTM campaign project execution, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved. Ensure marketing actions are brand‑consistent, accurate, and aligned with product positioning. Conduct competitive and customer research via interviews, surveys, and data analysis. Create and maintain product assets and sales materials such as pitch decks, landing pages, and battlecards. Collaborate with product teams on roadmap planning and validation using market and customer insights. Conduct product training for Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams. Publish product updates for the public changelog. Analyze data to uncover insights and propose growth opportunities. Develop briefings for marketing actions and scripts for product presentations and videos. Work with Brand to create product assets, including videos and motions. Define pricing and packaging proposals for new and existing products. Collaborate with Customer Marketing on stories, testimonials, and case studies. Qualifications 3+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS or similar roles with proven product launches. Experience managing large projects with many stakeholders, especially GTM campaigns and product launches. Business‑driven mindset with ability to analyze data for growth insights. Strong communicator and storyteller. Generalist with product, marketing, and business skills, comfortable with data, design, and video scripting. Detail‑oriented and obsessed with top‑quality outputs. Expert in competitive intelligence research and customer voice. Curious, adaptable, and proactive. Fluent in English; knowledge of French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese (native or C2). Compensation Salary range : 47,000€ (fixed + variables) – 67,000€ (fixed + variables).
