Projectmanager Rwd – LOGEXFocus: Senior Project Manager utilizing real‑world data to shape health‑care decisions for hospitals, insurers, and pharmaceutical companies. ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Planning and executing study protocols co‑developed with pharmaceutical partners, setting up analyses, and managing projects. Proactively monitor progress, address dependencies and risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication internally and with pharma partners, hospitals, and third‑party contributors.

Healthcare Content Analysis: Monitor drug uptake, analyze standards of care and patient pathways, assess therapy impacts and outcomes, and study costs for clients. Deliver insights via reports and dashboards. Governance and Quality Assurance: Define project governance, ensure high‑quality delivery of analytics, products, or services on time and within budget per the project plan. Mentorship: Coach and mentor junior colleagues while actively participating in a portfolio of international projects.

Project Focus – Real World Data TeamIdentify eligible patient populations for new drugs and evaluate financial impact. Describe real‑world drug usage and uptake of newly introduced medicines. Compare real‑world clinical and patient outcomes to clinical trial results. Your ProfileMSc degree with a biomedical, quantitative, or technical background.9+ years of relevant experience (strategy consultancy, project management, market access, medical affairs, analytics) with a link to pharma.

Client‑facing experience. Result‑driven, structured working style, and pragmatic mentality. Experienced working with international clients and teams. Excellent mentoring and coaching skills.
