Position: SAP BW/4HANA Consultant at EPAM Systems located in Madrid. This is a hybrid role – work from the office 3 days a week and remotely the remaining days. As a SAP Finance & Reporting Consultant, you will help shape the next generation of finance by building and enhancing a robust SAP BW/4HANA system. You will co‑create and evolve the Management Information System (MIS) and Financial Data Store (FDS) with a collaborative, experienced team. Responsibilities Drive the complete redesign of the finance system landscape based on SAP BW/4HANA. Understand overall requirements and solution design across multiple workstreams and help translate them into actionable work packages. Lead the implementation of work packages and contribute directly to their execution. Analyze existing data and reporting flows and enhance the future set‑up. Requirements Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with SAP BW/4HANA. Proficiency in modeling BW/4HANA objects such as ADSO transformations. Experience developing ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDPs) with table functions. Skilled in creating SAP HANA calculation views, including SQL‑based views. On‑premise solution experience is obligatory. Ability to manage the full development lifecycle, including testing and documentation. Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident approach. Independent, resilient and collaborative, with excellent problem‑solving abilities. Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take responsibility. Nice to have Master’s degree in economics, business administration, banking, quantitative finance, (business) informatics, data science or a comparable field. Knowledge of SAP FSDM and SAP PaPM is a plus. Experience in Wealth Management, Banking and Finance is an advantage. Benefits Private health insurance.
