We’re looking for developers who are hands-on, think in systems, and aren’t afraid to work from scratch or evolve existing services into robust products.Please note that this is a fully remote position , offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to high-impact, mission-critical projects with some of the UAE’s most prominent organizations.Our Offer & Your GrowthHands-on role in building next-gen AI solutions for real-world industriesModern tech stack and fast-paced delivery cultureTight-knit team with strong engineering and leadershipOpportunities to grow into senior or system architecture rolesCompetitive compensation and flexible remote-first work cultureCore ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain backend services using Python (FastAPI, Django, Celery)Design and implement REST and asynchronous APIsWork with event-driven architectures using KafkaManage data storage and access using Postgres and RedisApply Domain-Driven Design principles to structure complex product logicParticipate in code reviews, tech discussions, and sprint planningCollaborate with QA, DevOps, and frontend developers as part of a cross-functional teamContribute to technical documentation and ongoing product evolutionRequired QualificationsTech Stack: Python 3.10+, FastAPI, Django, CeleryDevOps: Proficient with Docker and KubernetesMessaging: KafkaDatabases: Redis, PostgresArchitecture: Understanding of DDD (Domain-Driven Design) principlesTeam Collaboration: Participation in code reviewsExperience: A minimum of 2 years in product developmentLanguage Proficiency: Fluent English for effective communication with international stakeholdersNice to HaveUnderstanding of LLM pipelines and GenAI product architecturesExperience developing or integrating monitoring and observability toolsFamiliarity with testing frameworks and CI/CD practicesExperience working in cross-functional product teams or startup environments
