The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business. Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Geschäftsleistung der Filiale, indem sie das Kund*innenerlebnis auf der Verkaufsfläche sowie das Erreichen der täglichen Umsatzziele mit dem Team sicherstellen. Eine Verfügbarkeit an Samstagen und Sonntagen, sowie während bestimmter Feiertage wird vorausgesetzt. Zusätzlich können die Stunden bei Bedarf erhöht werden, um die Anforderungen des Unternehmens zu erfüllen. What it Takes Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred. Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
