We use the latest in LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Data Center LAN technology.Your Role:* Provide Expertise: Offer technical support for connectivity. Resolve issues quickly. Keep the service steady.* Implement Solutions: Lead new network projects. Implement these solutions across all Roche locations. From Campuses to Branch Offices, Data Centers to Manufacturing and Logistics sites.* Drive Innovation: Work with cutting-edge technologies. Push forward our commitment to excellence and improvement.Your Daily Tasks:* Support and Troubleshoot: Keep our network running smoothly. Fix issues. Ensure reliability.* Collaborate and Advise: Work with everyone—technicians and non-technicians. Guide them. Offer advice throughout the lifecycle of connectivity solutions.* Maintain and Improve: Keep the network up to standards. Suggest and make improvements as needed.* Manage Changes: Handle changes without a hitch. Follow all Incident, Change, and Configuration Management processes.* Work with Vendors: Ensure external vendors and service providers meet our high standards.* Design and Implement: Create and deliver new connectivity solutions. Push the network forward.What You Bring:* You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.* You bring over 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer.* You have supported, troubleshooted, and implemented large and complex data networks (LAN, DCLAN, WAN, Wireless).* You have worked with external vendors and service providers, particularly telecom carriers.* You are experienced with infrastructure automation, including automated provisioning of network devices.* You can work flexible hours, handle occasional overtime, and participate in on-call duties.* You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.What you get* Good and stable working environment with attractive compensation and rewards package (according to local regulations)* Full-time employment contract* Annual bonus
