About the Role: As a Technical Product Manager in StreamOne you will be responsible for setting the technical vision and direction of a team, managing the roadmap and technical team sprint planning, reporting out on the business results to the senior leadership, and working across a myriad of regional and cross‑organizational stakeholders to support sustained growth rate and enable rapid innovation in the programs. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and strategy. What You’ll Do: Organize Regional Stakeholders (Customer‑Business‑IT Engagement, Executive Steering Committee) Identify Opportunities (Industry Research, Competitive Analysis) Build Product Strategy & Roadmap (3‑Year Strategy, 4‑Quarter Roadmap, 3‑Month Backlog) Develop Business Case ROI Establish and Measure KPIs (Revenue, Margin, Orders, CSAT, NPS, Customer Visits, Accounts) Define Product Features (Personas, Customer Journey Maps, Customer Flow Diagrams, User Stories) Assist Business Rollout (Business Training, Sales Support) What We’re Looking For: 6+ years of relevant work experience. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Information Systems field of study required. Experience in managing technical products (API‑driven) .
