Product Owner - Frontend Location: Barcelona Description The Product Owner for Front-End works directly with the Front-End teams to ensure the product evolves in line with the company vision and OKRs. This role drives alignment across the Framework and CMS roadmaps, delivering a high‑quality product for both players and operators. Focused on key KPIs, you should be detail‑oriented, technically savvy, and able to balance analytical rigor with creative innovation. The ideal candidate is analytical and creative, capable of identifying improvements and new product opportunities, and can communicate justification, gain approval from senior stakeholders, and shape future product directions. Key Responsibilities Overall ownership of product roadmaps, including prioritisation, delivery timing, and communication with stakeholders. Ensure all product developments have detailed requirement documents, functional specifications, and best UX/UI through close collaboration with the Design team. Review peers’ product requirements and documentation. Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps. Develop and implement product aligned with company vision. Collect and analyse feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products. Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies. Ensure products and releases launch correctly and on schedule. Recommend creative expansions to increase product base, commercial opportunities, and vision. Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users. Build relationships across the business to embed product vision into everyone’s DNA. Requirements Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role. Strong understanding of behavioural psychology principles (e.g., motivation theories, habit loops). Experience in product lifecycle management. Familiarity with Agile framework. Organisational and leadership abilities. Excellent communication skills. Problem‑solving aptitude.
