Senior IT Project Manager – Interfaces

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple cross‑functional initiatives focused on data integration, financial system interfaces, and analytics platforms within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role will oversee a portfolio of diverse projects ranging from e‑invoicing rollouts and batch record automation to data platform enablement, GenAI implementation, and intelligent document processing (IDP). The successful candidate will bring a strong blend of interface project experience, finance process understanding, data platform knowledge and structured project delivery ideally gained in GxP‑regulated or complex enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of data interface and finance‑related integration projects (e.g. EDICOM e‑invoicing, SAP interfaces, SnapLogic POCs, etc.). Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across Data & Analytics, Quality, Manufacturing and Finance domains. Coordinate with platform teams and business stakeholders to enable integration between systems such as SAP ERP, EWB (IDBS), Salesforce, Power BI and M365 Copilot. Ensure compliant delivery in line with GxP audit trail and data integrity requirements. Oversee vendor delivery, testing coordination, documentation and cutover planning for tools such as Fathom, IDP, Q‑Alizer, Talend, Denodo and Adeptia. Drive project governance, risk/issue tracking and reporting via internal PM tools (e.g. Tempus, Planview, ServiceNow). Facilitate end‑user training, documentation development and stakeholder alignment across global teams. Qualifications Required Qualifications 810 years of experience in IT Project Management with a focus on system interfaces, financial data flows or data analytics platforms. Hands‑on delivery of SAP‑integrated finance systems, e‑invoicing or middleware‑based interface solutions. Background in regulated industries such as pharma, life sciences or medtech. Familiar with GxP audit trail, data integrity and compliance documentation. Strong knowledge of data integration tools and practices (e.g. Talend, Denodo, SnapLogic, etc.). Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience. Fluency in English; capable of working across global time zones. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GenAI implementation in corporate settings (e.g. Azure OpenAI, M365 Copilot). Understanding of EWB (IDBS) and intelligent document processing (IDP). Familiarity with tools like Planview, ServiceNow, Power BI and Salesforce. Certification: PMP, Prince2 or equivalent.
