Reporting to the Overseas Technical Support Manager, you will collaborate with experienced polymer researchers, engineers, and sales managers to ensure efficient technical operations and business expansion.Technical Application Engineer – Polyurethane Viscoelastic Foam (VEF)Home Applications IndustryAmong the main responsibilities are:Provide professional and timely technical support to polyurethane downstream home application customers.Diagnose and resolve quality and technical issues efficiently, support customers in troubleshooting, and manage complaints.Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop new customers, conduct factory trials, and support achievement of sales targets.Gather market intelligence on customer needs and industry developments.Share insights to support R&D and sales in product improvement, business development, and customer management.We are looking for a professional with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Polymers, Material Science, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience as a technical applications engineer in flexible polyurethane and viscoelastic foams, with applications in consumer/home products.
