The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in the Spanish market , experience in managing recruitment teams , and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in Germany and other international offices . Key Responsibilities Lead and execute full‑cycle recruitment processes for IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding). Develop and maintain a strong network of IT professionals within the Spanish market. Collaborate closely with the German team and international stakeholders to align hiring strategies. Manage and mentor recruitment teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to goals. Work under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced environment. Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices to support business objectives. Requirements Proven experience in IT recruitment within the Spanish market. Strong understanding of the IT landscape, technologies, and talent needs . Previous experience in managing recruitment teams . Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ; experience with Greenhouse is highly valuable. Excellent communication skills in English (German language skills are a plus). Ability to work collaboratively across cultures, particularly with the German team. Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
