Let’s introduce ourselves The Global Delivery Team is currently hiring an People Experience (PX) Operations Specialist on a temporary contract to cover for parental leave. We are a team of 30 professionals providing support in various HR functions like Recruitment, Learning and Development and People Data. Join us in Madrid (metro Cuzco), where we are currently building a state‑of‑the‑art support function. We offer you a challenging opportunity in a truly global setting. What You’ll Do You’ll report to a Talent and Learning Support Manager and collaborate with colleagues in our headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden but also in the rest of the regions where we are currently expanding. You'll implement and perform a variety of HR operational and administrative processes, tasks, and data maintenance. Since you'll handle sensitive employee and company information, this requires maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities Guide our people leaders through administrative processes Manage, solve and respond to Service Requests in a proactive manner Analyse the current processes to make them more efficient First point of contact for our employees in various administrative tasks Administer and maintain our employee’s data / information in all systems (SuccessFactors, SAP…) Build an efficient network worldwide Coordinate with the wider HR community Communicate relevant information to partners departments Take part in ad‑hoc activities What You’ll Bring You are fluent in English (C1), verbally and written. Other languages are a plus, preferably Slovak and/or Dutch (Flemish) Experience working in international environments You are very business and result driven You are service minded and passionate about making a difference You can prioritize among several tasks and are deadline driven You can follow the processes while you look for new efficiencies and improvements You are a real team player committed to working in a multi‑cultural and multi‑disciplinary team You have high integrity, strong cooperation and communication skills You have the capability to deliver upon expectations under pressure Volvo Cars.
