About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Head of Secondary to lead our thriving Secondary School across two closely connected campuses, guiding students from Year 7 to Year 13. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape the strategic direction of the school, oversee high-quality teaching and learning, and foster a strong culture of care, wellbeing, and academic excellence. You will lead the Secondary Leadership Team, drive curriculum and assessment standards, and use data effectively to secure outstanding progress for all learners. The role also includes managing budgets, supporting staff recruitment and development, ensuring high-quality holistic provision, and overseeing the consistent implementation of school policies. You will play a central role in preparing for inspections, supporting admissions, and strengthening relationships with students, staff, and parents.
