The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own Role As a Product Designer at Huspy, you'll play a key role in shaping how our products look and feel from start to finish. You’ll take full ownership of the user experience, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless, impactful features. As a Design System Specialist, you will develop the tools, components, documentation and workflows that enable designers and engineers to deliver world‑class experiences. You’ll also champion the design system and work closely with product teams to support its adoption and effective use. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Own the End-to-End UX: Take full responsibility for your designs, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience. Think System: You understand the importance of consistency and the value of building solutions systematically. Be an Expert: You have a strong grasp of technical details and can collaborate effectively with Design System engineers. You’re able to establish an efficient governance process to guide the long‑term evolution of the design system and manage contributions from other designers. Continuous Improvement: Post‑launch, measure the impact of your designs through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data‑driven insights. Flex your business acumen: Align design decisions with business goals, measure their impact and clearly communicate the value they deliver.
