We don't follow formats. We shape them. We build what works, launch it fast, and make sure it hits. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our development team in Spain, Valencia. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in IT; Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum & Kanban frameworks is a must; Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); Managing team experience; Knowledge of Jira, Confluence; Advanced verbal communication skills; Knowledge of time management; Be a decision maker and possess problem-solving skills; Proven ability to work on multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks; Upper-Intermediate spoken and written English. Nice to have: PMP, PSM, or the equivalent certificates. Responsibilities: Managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution; Time and effort tracking, regular status reporting; Development team coordination; Project risk management; Maintaining project documentation.
