For the purpose of this vacancy, internal candidates are considered first-tier candidates.   Context  The Staff Learning Unit (SLU) is located within the Integrated Talent Management Division (ITM) of IOM and is responsible for managing programmes and initiatives established in line with the learning and development needs of the Organization. SLU is based in Valencia and Manila. Under the overall supervision of the Chief, Integrated Talent Management Division (ITM) and the Head, Staff Learning Unit, and under the direct supervision of the HR Officer for Learning Initiatives, the Senior HR Assistant (Learning Initiatives) will oversee the full life cycle of learning initiatives, from the identification, design, implementation, monitoring, reporting and impact evaluation.   ResponsibilitiesManage the design, development, implementation, monitoring, reporting and impact evaluation of any assigned learning initiative/s. Manage learning events and learning platforms provided by external service providers and consultants by contracting, overseeing the design and delivery of the work, working with service providers to develop playlists for learning platforms, reporting and ensuring
