Key deliverables include:1. Reporting & MonitoringDesign and implement dedicated reporting and KPIs to monitor licence usage across the entire Oracle ERP & HCM scope.Build dashboards that provide visibility into active role assignments, usage trends, and potential non-compliance.Ensure reporting supports ongoing decision‑making and operational governance.2. Role & Security Governance AssessmentConduct a deep‑down audit of security roles, privileges, and usage patterns—especially around PPM and Finance roles.Identify root causes of over‑assignment (e.g., multiple Project Managers per project, unnecessary elevated roles, legacy assignments).Provide clear recommendations for role rationalisation , segregation‑of‑duties improvements, and governance updates.Develop a clear, actionable remediation plan to:Reduce licence consumption to contracted levelsAdjust system setups and workflowsStrengthen governance and future controlsBegin execution of the action plan during the engagement (quick‑wins, initial corrections, workflow updates, etc.).3.
