Responsibilities ✅ Convert product concepts and customer asks into detailed PRDs with acceptance criteria, UX flows, analytics events, and edge cases, and communicate them to the engineering and design teams. ✅ Drive day-to-day delivery with engineering: resolve ambiguities fast, manage dependencies, and de-risk scope. ✅ Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to continuously improve team performance. ✅ Develop and maintain product documentation, including internal release notes, functional specifications and user guides. ✅ Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve product metrics. ✅ Author and socialize internal release notes; coordinate enablement with Sales/CS/Marketing; ensure docs and user guides are updated by release. Your Profile Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or renewable tech sectors. ✅ Demonstrated success in leading product development cycles and launching successful products. ✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ✅ Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product management tools. ✅ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. ✅ Comfortable in a small, intense, and high-growth start-up environment. Suitable Skills ✅ (Strong plus) Experience in the renewable energy or sustainability industry. ✅ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. ✅ Familiarity with UX/UI design and development processes.
