This is your opportunityYour mission will be: Shift work in the Packaging Plant to ensure control over people and processes. Main Responsibilities: - Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift. - Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift. - Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management). - Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment. - Supervise KPIs (OEE, Productivity, overweight, breakage, etc.). - Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment. - Ensure the safety of people and facilities. - Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls. - Immediate management of breakdowns. Coordination with Maintenance. - Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships. REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS: - Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents will also be considered). - Leadership and people management skills. - Good social and communication skills.
