Head of Events & Luxury Experiences (Contract / Project-Based)Spain (Europe-wide scope) | International Events | Luxury BrandLuxNomads is a premium global relocation and lifestyle brand producing unforgettable, high-touch experiences for our approved clients and internal team across Europe.We are launching our inaugural  LuxNomads Client Gala in Spain, the first of many annual, international events, and we are seeking a  Head of Events & Luxury Experiences to own and execute these moments at the highest level.This is  not an entry-level or coordination role.This is a  senior, creative, execution-focused position for someone who has planned and led luxury, high-profile, or large-scale international events and thrives working directly with a visionary Founder.About the RoleYou will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Lux Nomads’ international events, beginning with our flagship client gala and expanding into company retreats, VIP experiences, and exclusive member events across Europe.You will act as both:The architect of the event experienceThe Founder’s right hand and protector during live eventsWhat You’ll Be Responsible ForTranslating the Founder’s vision into cinematic, luxury event experiencesPlanning and executing international events across Europe (Spain-based to start)Sourcing and managing premium venues, vendors, production teams, and entertainmentManaging timelines, contracts, budgets, and logistics end-to-endDirecting videographers and photographers to capture high-impact brand contentCollaborating with marketing to elevate brand authority and storytellingManaging on-site execution and troubleshooting discreetly and flawlesslyProtecting the Founder’s time, energy, and presence during live eventsThis Role Is For You If You…Have  5+ years experience in luxury, celebrity, gala, or large-scale eventsHave executed  international events and are comfortable working across bordersAre deeply connected in the luxury vendor and production worldUnderstand branding, content, and how events drive authority and perceptionAre calm under pressure, polished, discreet, and decisiveLove owning outcomes — not waiting for instructionsThrive working closely with a high-vision FounderContract & CompensationProject-based contract (per event)Competitive, premium compensation aligned with luxury event standardsLong-term opportunity to lead all Lux Nomads global eventsHow to ApplyPlease apply via email to  with:A brief introductionYour event portfolio or examples of past luxury / high-profile eventsLinks to any press, social, or visual assets (if available)We are looking for someone exceptional, someone who knows how to create moments people talk about long after the event ends.
