Responsibilities Shape and co‑own the codebase of a greenfield product as a member of a cross‑functional product‑engineering team Drive turning user needs into solutions end‑to‑end, from product discovery to supporting our code running in production Design and develop a greenfield mobile app, and contribute significantly to the system design of the overall product Act as a trusted partner for product, design, data and other functions, as well as other teams Support growth of your team and colleagues Work with and contribute to a modern technology stack with Swift, SwiftUI Collaborate with other Engineers to constantly push the boundary of technical excellence across iOS and beyond Implement cool ideas and have impact on millions of users in a customer‑centric environment with high degree of ownership Required Skills Proven impact building new or refactoring existing large‑scale customer‑facing products Very strong product & business mindset; proven ability to build successful products with Product Managers, Designers, Domain experts Experience in iOS development in companies that required a strong product mindset Ability to choose the right tool for each challenge, learn new tools and technologies Ability to manage risks, trade‑offs and propose efficient solutions Strong advocate of design for testability, automated tests, shift left and willingness to own quality end‑to‑end Fast learner, cross‑functional collaborator and effective communicator Excellent grasp of object‑oriented, functional and declarative paradigms, design patterns and architectures such as MVVM/MVI and DI Strong experience with TCA and composable, modular UI architectures Clean, maintainable code champion Design for reliability and scalability Depth in Swift includes concurrency, networking, persistence, performance optimisation Experience building complex, dynamic UIs with SwiftUI Advocacy for rapid iteration and developer productivity (eXtreme Programming, Trunk‑Based Development, CI/CD, BDD, TDD) Technical patterns that optimise for experimentation pace (backend‑driven UI architecture, modularisation, high cohesion/low coupling) Great command of English Nice to Have Knowledge of libraries, tools and approaches for beautiful animations: Core Animation, Lottie, SwiftUI animations Experience with backend development Experience with data and/or multimedia Candidate Journey ⭕️ Recruiter call → ⭕️ Meet a Hiring Manager → ⭕️ Skills assessment → Live coding Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
