At Capgemini, we are expanding our Data & AI team in Madrid and looking for someone with AI Architecture & Delivery experience and a passion for working closely with the business: understanding real problems, proposing solutions, and seeing them implemented. Responsibilities Design scalable architectures for AI systems and autonomous agents. Define standards and best practices for AI solution development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI into business processes. Evaluate new technologies and frameworks related to Agentic AI. Ensure security, ethics, and regulatory compliance in AI solutions. Requirements Over 10–12 years of experience working on Consulting / AI / GenAI projects. University degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields. Proven experience in AI architectures and autonomous agent development. Knowledge of LLMs, Hugging Face, OpenAI, Transformers, Google Vertex AI, and similar tools. Skills in designing distributed systems and scalability. Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management.
