Lead complex projects across industries, acting as a reference in culture, organisational design, and People processes. Job FunctionsLead People Strategy Projects Design and execute initiatives across culture, organisational design, employee experience, talent models, and performance frameworks. Lead organisational assessments, structure redesigns, role definitions, and reviews of core People processes. Diagnosis and Solution DesignConduct advanced People data analysis, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Perform market benchmarks and propose scalable operating models. Client Management and FacilitationFacilitate strategic workshops, manage expectations, and guide senior stakeholders through decision-making. Ensure quality and methodological consistency of all project deliverables. People Tools and SystemsAssess, select, or redesign People tools (HRIS, ATS, L&D platforms, engagement, performance). Ensure redesigned processes integrate effectively with clients' technology ecosystems. Executive Communication and DocumentationPrepare strategic presentations, roadmaps, business cases, and executive-level communication materials. Team DevelopmentMentor junior team members and contribute to their consulting and project-delivery capability. Requisitos Main Requirements6+ years leading People/Talent projects in consulting or strategic People roles. Proven expertise in organisational culture, design, employee experience, and People processes. Solid understanding of HRIS, ATS, L&D, performance, and engagement tools. Experience structuring complex challenges, analysing People data, and presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders. Experience in high-growth environments, including organisational scaling or cultural transformation, and familiarity with People Ops governance models. Hands-on experience implementing OKRs, competency models, or career frameworks, ideally across international or multicultural contexts. Strong communication, facilitation, and client-management skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Fluent Spanish/English (C1).
