You will play a key role in ensuring we stay ahead in leveraging AI to improve software delivery.What we're looking forExtensive senior-level full-stack engineering experience.Advanced use of GitHub Copilot and other AI code-generation tools.Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in software development.Solid foundation in software engineering, CI/CD, and modern development practices.Start-up mindset: proactive, adaptable, and excited about AI's impact on engineering.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to clearly explain trade-offs of different tools and approaches.Strategic thinker with a forward-looking approach to technology adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Tool EvaluationResearch, test, and benchmark AI tools for code generation, testing, error detection, and DevOps optimisation.Compare tools based on performance, scalability, cost, integration effort, and compliance.Conduct quick assessments, week-long experiments, and in-depth evaluations to produce clear recommendations.Stakeholder CollaborationWork with engineering teams, tech leads, and product managers to identify use cases.Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.Integration & AdoptionDefine best practices for introducing AI tools with minimal disruption.Lead pilots, proof-of-concepts, workshops, and training sessions.Produce documentation and adoption resources.Performance & OptimisationDefine KPIs and measure the impact of AI tooling.Continuously review tool performance and identify improvements.Stay up to date with industry trends. xohynlm Why join this project?
