At Winning Consulting, we are seeking a Enterprise Architect to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector in Madrid (hybrid). Establish and maintain reference architectures and roadmaps for client interaction channels (portals, APIs, mobile, e-trading, assisted digital). Ensure cross-divisional alignment with Client Data and Client Services architecture streams and with Group CTO standards. Lead architecture governance forums, represent the domain in Enterprise Architecture boards, and ensure adherence to policy. Drive adoption of shared capabilities (identity, access, API gateway, UX frameworks, client analytics). Provide architectural oversight to regional teams, ensuring consistency while allowing local adaptation. Senior Level: 12–15+ years in enterprise or solution architecture within financial services. Strong knowledge of horizontal client channels, front-office integration, client data models, and service design. Understanding of API-led architectures, digital identity management, and UX integration. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in global, federated environments.
