Within the AWS WW Commercial Sales (WWCS) organization, the Sales Strategy and Operations team supports Leadership, Sales, and Operational teams in achieving objectives and driving continuous improvements in field productivity. We own and deliver run the business (RTB) operational cadences, build new mechanisms to support growth, and drive organizational initiatives. AWS is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join the Global Sales Strategy & Operations team in Europe North. This role combines hands-on analytics with operational excellence, using data analysis and modeling to support Sales Leaders and their teams, maintain business health, and drive data-informed decisions across the region. It combines technical expertise with business acumen to analyze complex datasets from multiple sources, delivering monthly reports and conducting specialized business analyses that impact decision-making processes.What You'll Bring Strong technical skills in data extraction and modelingExceptional organizational abilitiesSelf-motivation and adaptability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environmentExperience handling large datasetsAbility to support multiple sales teams simultaneouslySuccess in This Role Means Collaborating effectively with sales teams, operations teams and internal usersDeveloping and implementing new reporting solutionsCreating accurate, impactful reportsCommunicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiencesSupporting Europe North Sales teams with territory analysis and operational activitiesKey job responsibilities Data Analysis & InsightsConduct comprehensive analysis of diverse datasets to uncover meaningful business insightsDesign and deliver both regular and on-demand business analytics to meet stakeholder requirementsStrategic Planning & ReportingMaintain monthly health of the business modelsCreate and manage various financial modeling projectsExtract and analyze data using Excel and other data management platformsMetrics & Performance ManagementMonitor and evaluate existing performance metricsIdentify opportunities for new metrics developmentTransform complex data into actionable recommendationsBusiness IntelligenceDeliver strategic insights to guide business decisionsProvide data-driven recommendations through detailed analysisCreate customized reports to address specific business needsBasic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalentExperience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze dataExperience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policiesPreferred Qualifications Experience working within a high-growth, technology companyExperience in finance, business management and sales operationsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
