COO/Head of Operations (DTC, $20–50M brand, global supply chain) Panda Drum is a fast‑scaling DTC eCommerce brand built around our flagship instrument — the steel tongue drum — loved by 100,000+ customers worldwide. In just 3 years, we’ve grown to 25–50 team members across Poland, the EU, US, Philippines, and China, surpassing 8 figures in annual revenue. Our growth is powered by world‑class marketing, community‑driven content, and constant product innovation.About the Role We’re hiring a hands‑on COO / Head of Operations to act as the CEO’s right hand. You’ll own Panda Drum’s global operations, supply chain, and fulfillment — driving efficiency, systemization, and growth.You’re not a fit if you’re a corporate ‘process admin.’ We’re looking for a builder‑operator — someone who thrives in chaos, creates order, and scales fast‑moving systems from the ground up.Key Requirements 5–10+ years in operations (DTC/eCommerce $20M–$50M).Proven track record managing international 3PLs, vendors (China), and multimillion-$ operations.Experience building dashboards, SOPs, and scalable systems — not just maintaining them.Strong financial acumen: margins, forecasting, cost optimization.Leadership experience managing lean teams (3–15 people).Willingness to travel (China, US, EU).What You’ll Do Oversee global operations: supply chain, fulfillment, vendors, and support.Build and optimize systems, dashboards, and reporting for efficiency and visibility.Lead key growth initiatives — Amazon, wholesale, subscriptions, licensing.Manage costs and profitability across all operational channels.Build and lead a lean, high‑performing team (3–15 people).Act as the CEO’s second‑in‑command, ensuring smooth, data‑driven execution.Path to COO within 12–18 months.Potential for equity/ownership based on results.Paid international travel (China, US, EU).Unlimited learning budget (books, courses).Work with top‑tier eCommerce operators ($100M+ brands).Flexible, remote‑first culture focused on results.You’re not a fit for this role if: You haven’t worked at a DTC e‑commerce company.You haven’t managed 3PL/vendor China networks.You haven’t built systems, SOPs from scratch.Our hiring process is made up of 3 parts, so please be aware that you will need to dedicate time for a questionnaire and two 1-on-1 interviews.Seniority, Employment Type, Job Function, Industries Executive | Full‑time | Management | Retail#J-18808-Ljbffr
