University degree level education - MBA or additional specific qualifications preferred Significant experience as Head of Department in a pharmaceutical company Strong leadership, commercial insight, and P&L management experience Sales and Marketing background with a solid experience in Respiratory and CNS market is preferred Innovative, entrepreneurial and confident communicator Fluent in Spanish and English.
