WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LEADER FOR OUR PRODUCT AND ENGINEERING PROJECTS Who We Are We areNabrawind Technologies, an innovative and high growing Spanish company dedicated to the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced components for the wind energy sector. Key Position and Mission We are seeking an engineering leader to guide theproduct lifecycleandtechnical development projectsfor our innovative wind components. This role is fundamental to ensuring new products and projects are launched on time, within budget, and meeting defined quality standards. Core Responsibilities (What You'll Do) Comprehensive Plan Management:Define and execute the Project Plan, controlling scope, timing, budget, and resources. Financial and Delivery Control:Hold budgetary and financial responsibility for projects, ensuring deliverables are produced within required timescales and costs, with tight change control. Risk and Collaboration:Perform risk assessment and mitigation planning. Ensure effective collaboration and teamwork across the project. Reporting and Strategy:Report project progress/status (KPIs, Quality, Cost, Delivery ) to the Program Manager and key stakeholders. Continuous Improvement:Actively participate in improving and standardizing internal project management processes, contributing to operational excellence. Requirements and Ideal Candidate Qualities Mandatory Requirements: Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in project management within the wind energy or industrial sector, with previous experience as aTeam Leader . Education:Engineering degree (Mechanical or Aeronautical, preferably). Languages:Excellent level of English (essential for global reporting and communication). Tools:Proficiency in MS Office and MRP tools (SAP, Odoo, or similar ). Added Value: Transformation Leadership:Experience in cost optimization and applyingLean or Continuous Improvement methodologies to drive measurable results. Product Vision:Ability to translate product strategy into a clear, executable operational plan. Soft Skills:Strong team management capabilities and a customer/solution-oriented approach.
