This Position reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager Your Role and Responsibilities You will have the opportunity to lead complex customer projects for data center infrastructure, with a primary focus on the delivery of low voltage switchgear systems. This role demands end-to-end ownership from initial design coordination through supply, manufacturing to commissioning and site acceptance, ensuring seamless execution, customer satisfaction, and technical excellence. You will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications, and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by leading the project team members to achieve project requirements, deliver contracted deliverables, and meet the committed project result. In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. You'll be contributing to the Low Voltage Systems (being part of Electrification Smart Power division) in Spain.Main stakeholders are Internal stakeholders: Engineering, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams. External stakeholders: Clients, subcontractors and suppliers. Local leadership: Providing regular updates on project status, risks, and strategic alignment Work model: #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials. Establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing planning, monitoring and control activities for internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals. Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued. Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract. Project Leadership: Manage large-scale customer projects with high complexity, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Customer Satisfaction: Manage communication with Customer to provide world class Customer experience and maintaining good relationships. Qualifications for the Role You are highly skilled in Electrical Engineering working with Project management methodology on the different market segments (Energy generation, Data Center, Industry, …) Ability to demonstrate your experience in managing middle-large scale project with more than 8 years of experience in project management. You are passionate about stakeholder communication, team leadership, problem-solving, decision making, adaptability and negotiation skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (PMP or equivalent certification preferred). You are at ease communicating in Spanish and English. What's in it for you?
