You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive vision and goals for Data Center Operations across the Spain region - Recruit, mentor, and cultivate high-performing data center management teams - Operational Excellence: Optimize existing data center processes and implement innovative improvement strategies - Infrastructure Management: Oversee maintenance of current data centers and support expansion of new facilities - Performance Optimization: Establish clear performance metrics, track progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives About AWS AWS values diverse experiences. Proven ability to deliver complex technological projects - Fluent communication skills in English - Technical understanding of data center infrastructure PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Advanced knowledge of network scaling and hardware systems - Experience in data center operations - Advanced degree in technology, engineering, or business management - Deep understanding of server and network infrastructure Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a longstanding top priority for Amazon.
