About the role We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Senior Packaging Designer to join our team. In this role, you will push the boundaries of packaging design, blending innovation, functionality, and aesthetics to create impactful brand experiences. You will be responsible for executing packaging solutions that captivate consumers, enhance brand identity, and stand out in competitive markets. Responsibilities Develop innovative and visually striking packaging designs from concept to final production. Collaborate closely with brand strategists, marketing teams, and product developers to ensure packaging aligns with brand identity and business objectives. Experiment with materials, textures, structures, and finishes to create unique, sensory-driven experiences. Stay ahead of industry trends, sustainability practices, and technological advancements in packaging. Prepare detailed mock-ups, dielines, and production-ready files while maintaining quality control. Lead design presentations, effectively communicating creative ideas and rationale. Work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects and deadlines. Minimum requirements Requirements At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging. Degree/Master’s in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, Packaging or a related field. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D visualization software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. Deep understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and structural design. A trend-savvy, conceptual thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell creative ideas effectively. Experience working with sustainable and eco-friendly packaging solutions is a plus. Experience in large format packaging Ability to proactively suggest improvements to brief Solid understanding of digital packaging processes Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. Nice-to-haves experience in FMCG and in creating mockups and prototypes of packaging designs.
