As our business grows and our partners' needs evolve, you will innovate by creating efficient and low‑touch processes while keeping required flexibility.Responsibilities Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Standardize, optimize, and automate business processes using various tools and methodologies.Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA, and Celonis) to develop sustainable solutions.Implement changes and monitor their impact on business performance.Provide support and training to business teams on new processes and tools.Knowledge, Skills & Experience +5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a pan‑European setup.Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project‑management methodologies.Experience with change management on multi‑function/country projects.Experience with process‑mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and AI tools is a plus.SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA, and Business Warehouse) is a plus.Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to converse and write effectively in English.Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.What We Offer Hybrid work model with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.Competitive compensation with regular annual salary reviews.Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid leave, retirement plans, and more.Key Skills Business Processes, Operations Improvement, Process Methodologies, SAP KnowledgeWhat's In It For You?
