About The Role Your responsibilities include:Defining high-level architecture and detailed solution design for CRM applications using Salesforce Platform and Veeva CRM suite. Guiding technical design experts and developers, acting as the main technical contact for CRM solutions. Designing and implementing harmonized global solutions, defining application rules and resolving conflicts between core and local solutions. Staying updated on new technologies and trends, ensuring value from current and new solutions. Collaborating with partners for continuous evolution and innovation of solutions. What You’ll Bring To The Role Requirements include:7+ years experience with Veeva-based solutions in multi-country environments. Experience as the main solution architect for CRM implementations. Knowledge of GDO/CORE models, Salesforce APIs, Veeva CRM modules, and related technologies like SQL, REST, JavaScript. Understanding of other Veeva solutions like Vault and Align. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and experience working in agile environments. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
