The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.What You Will DoCreate and optimize the economy for new and existing features in order to maximize engagement and revenue in the long runManage the economy and pricing of virtual goods, content, and currencies in the game, both free and paid, including progression, bonuses & rewards for in-game events, competitions & challengesCollaborate with product teams to design the optimal daily experience for our players and maximize their engagement & performance with our featuresInvestigate different economic models for different segments of usersBuild and analyze simulations and predictive models to proactively forecast the results of changes to contentPlan A/B testing and analyze their effectivenessManage & optimize game pricing models while defining key segmentation layers to support players' LTV growthDefine economy KPIs and build mathematical models to monitor, predict and validate the impact of features on game balance and player behaviorWhat We’re Looking ForExperience as a game economy manager or game designerBachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, a similar quantitative field or equivalent work experienceHigh analytical skills & proven experience in quantifying & modeling players behaviors to reach product/feature goalsProven experience working with Product, Design & LiveOps teamsProficient in EnglishBonus PointsExperience working with AI tools and simulation creationAt Scopely, we create games for everyone - and want to ensure that the people behind our games reflect that We are committed to creating a diverse, supportive work environment where everyone is treated with respect.
