Cloud Automation Expert

The Customer Efficiency and Intelligent Automation team in the Private Cloud Customer Center at SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) focuses on continuous enrichment of customer interactions through managing information channels and platforms, on-line environments, digital assets, governance and guidelines for customer engagement channels and communication approaches. The team coordinates and interfaces with internal SAP units to enhance and automate customer interactions and processes through AI, Machine Learning and lo-code / no-code Business Process Automation (e.g. workflows, RPA).Si le interesa solicitar este empleo, por favor, asegúrese de cumplir los siguientes requisitos que se enumeran a continuación.ResponsibilitiesIdentify potential automation initiatives, by using business process analytics and intelligence, and working together closely with other teams at ECSUnderstand, analyze and design automation solutions using SAP iRPA and SAP Process Automation, the Microsoft Power Platform, and other toolsBuilding prototypes and conducting PoCs and feasibility studies into automation potentialParticipate in demand prioritization and sprint planningCreate Business Requirements DocumentsCreate and maintain process models in e.g. SAP SignavioCreate functional and technical design documentationCreate and maintain testing documentationConfigure and maintain automated processes in SAP iRPA, SAP Process Automation, the Microsoft Power Platform, and other toolsExecute deployment and performance testingPro-actively monitor the execution of automated processes to identify and remediate exceptions, and update the related toolsYou will define, create and maintain end-to-end process models in Signavio, support business process mining, and determine flows and tool usageA key responsibility is pro-actively monitoring execution of automated processes to identify and remediate exceptions, and update the related toolsExperience / Role RequirementsMin. 3-5 years hands‑on experience with business process automation using e.g. Signavio, SAP Conversational AI, SAP iRPA, and the Microsoft Power Platform.
