This role is critical to ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained at the highest standards, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys.As a Campervan Technician, you will be part of our Bilbao team and work with the West Europe Regional Team. Your primary responsibility is to maintain our campervans available at all times and at the highest possible condition, contributing to an efficient operation and customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity to use your unique technical skills to deliver exceptional service and create meaningful impact.What Will You Work On?Execute all processes and procedures related to maintenance, including systematic inspection of vehicles and diagnosis of problems with mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.Perform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including:Preventive and corrective maintenanceLight bodywork repairs that involve spare‑parts replacement (lightbulbs, windows, side mirrors)Campervan spare‑parts substitution and repairsCampervan appliances troubleshooting and repairsMaintain and develop relationships with external partnersCoordinate execution of vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teamsMaintain all vehicle information systems up to date according to established proceduresMove campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities, or other depotsMaintain depot equipment and spare parts organized and cleanMaintain spare‑parts inventory systems updated at all timesParticipate in daily depot operations, including:Preparation of vehicles and equipment for customersAssist with handling incoming reservations, welcoming guests and managing check‑ins and check‑outsReceive and collect shipments and supplies, organize them in storage area, register consumption and new ordersMaintain depot equipment, extras and consumables stored at the depotWho Are We Looking For?Education or certified training in mechanics, mechatronics technical or a similar program in the automotive industryAt least 1+ year of hands‑on mechanical and electrical repairs – experience in campervans is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)Eligible to work in Spain, valid driver’s licence, confident to drive a campervan (mandatory)Available to work on weekends and public holidaysThe Indie CommitmentBeing part of a young, fast‑growing and innovative company where you make a differenceCareer development opportunities in Field Operations and transition opportunities to our Offices in Lisbon, Mexico City or ManilaContinuous training and coaching to develop the skills that matter to youCompensation package that includes performance and referral bonusesFree road trips so you can experience Indie firsthand – trips around Europe, North America and OceaniaSeniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull‑timeJob FunctionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesTravel ArrangementsAre you ready to Go Indie?#J-18808-Ljbffr
