We are looking for a PMO / IT Project Manager to join a high-complexity international environment, working 100% on-site in Munich . This role focuses on leading and coordinating complex technology projects within highly regulated environments , where precision, governance, and strict compliance are essential. We seek a professional capable of ensuring robust project governance, secure system implementation, and effective stakeholder management while operating under rigorous information-security controls and compliance standards. As part of the client’s project governance team, your mission will be to plan, coordinate, document, and deliver technology projects with consistent quality, transparency, and alignment with regulatory and security frameworks. Work Setup 100% on-site role in Munich. Two possible arrangements: Based in Spain , traveling weekly. Full relocation to Germany , with relocation support available. Daily collaboration with international, multidisciplinary, and compliance-driven teams. Technical & Professional Expertise Experience in IT project management , ideally within restricted, classified, or highly regulated environments . Strong understanding of information assurance , access control models, and secure network environments. Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, ITIL, or CIS Controls . Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (at least one required). Ability to coordinate documentation, reporting, project governance, and risk/issue tracking.
