Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and Issuance of HR Memoranda: Draft, format, and distribute HR memoranda and announcements as directed, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Documentation of Notices to Explain (NTEs) and Disciplinary Action Forms (DAFs): Manage the documentation process for NTEs and DAFs, ensuring each document is prepared, issued, and filed appropriately to maintain compliance and organizational standards.
  • HR Operations Support: Provide administrative assistance across HR functions, including, but not limited to, employee records management, recruitment activities, onboarding/offboarding processes, and employee engagement programs.
  • Records Management: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical employee files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Other HR Functions: Support various HR activities and projects, contributing to the smooth operation and success of HR initiatives.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: Experience in an HR or administrative role, with exposure to employee relations, HR documentation, and general HR operations is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills:
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with HRIS or document management systems is a plus.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,010.00 per month
