MISSION:To ensure the optimal work of the HQ factory (Rubí) in terms of efficiency, equipment, Safety and Health, following the guidelines established at the AOP (Maintenance cost Center).
FUNCTIONS:- Participate in the preventive and corrective maintenance, schedule and actions.
- Propose plan and calendar.
- Keep the plan, actions, and docs on database.
- Schedule, follow and overview the works contracted out to external companies.
- Follow the correct functioning and housekeeping state of the machinery key and implement actions to improve if required.
- Assure the correct installation and starting of new machinery, including the training also in terms of safety.
- Support production in equipment troubleshooting and root cause failure to assure technical availability.
- Schedule and coordinate shutdowns to include preventive maintenance, major projects, and facilities modifications.
- Propose improvements in process (efficiency, safety, health).
- Participate in meetings with production team and team leaders.

Technical, Legislation, Internal Processes, Project Management, and Advanced office tools.
Languages:English: Intermediate
