HR Operations (Payroll & Social Security) From Temporing Barcelona we select an HR Operations (Payroll & Social Security) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí. Responsibilities Manage the Payroll and Social Security process. Manage Learning and Training processes. Compile reports and prepare information for different stakeholders. Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals. Lead specific HR projects and collaborate on cross‑functional projects as an HR representative. Requirements Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or a related field. Three years of HR administration experience in a multinational environment. In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Experience with SAP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. A high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multitasking, proactive planning, persistence, and diplomacy. A high degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism when dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company. We offer 6‑month temporary contract Opportunity to work in a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector. Schedule: 08:00–17:00, Monday to Thursday, intensive Friday. Hybrid position. Gross annual salary: 37.500€.
