Product TeamThe Product Team identifies and scopes out the most impactful opportunities for Jampp to tackle. Our Product Managers have a deep understanding of the business, backed by the know‑how of our technical solution, and are responsible for aligning cross‑functional teams across the company around key decisions. What You’ll Do Own and drive all aspects of your products with a customer‑first strategy, including customer needs, goals, a feature roadmap, and developing support collateral for revenue teams. Define a clear product vision for Jampp’s gaming vertical offerings to ensure new features drive measurable value for clients. Collect customer and market insights and explore new trends in Gaming UA to shape the product roadmap. Make critical trade‑off decisions, balancing customer experience, technical limitations, and business impact. Work with teams including Data Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Programmatic, and Revenue to deliver capabilities aligned with the needs of gaming advertisers. Partner closely with internal UA and DSP specialists to co‑create best‑in‑class products for the gaming ecosystem. What We Look For We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in the Gaming vertical who can push boundaries, influence strategy, and make a strong impact on product execution and quality. The ideal candidate is highly technical, able to understand and advocate for customer needs, and comfortable collaborating with Data Science, Engineering,ocado and Revenue teams to drive projects across the company. Requirements 3+ years in Product Management within AdTech, with a strong understandingניה of Gaming UA and DSP mechanics. Prior experience working with or building products for gaming advertisers or platforms focused on mobile gaming growth. Ability to blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and comfort operating in fast‑paced environments. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and aligning stakeholders around a shared vision. Strong communication skills with both commercial and technical audiences. Bonus: experience working in/ Airbnb remote teams. You may be a good fit for this role if You have led products that served gaming clients or involved UA‑specific features. You’ve worked in DSPs focused on Gaming or in Gaming companies. You are entrepreneurial and love the challenge of leading one of the most important products within a traditionally Non‑Gaming DSP to embrace and win inzenten Gaming. You’re deeply analytical and use data to inform every decision. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves, exploring problems deeply, and thinking beyond the obvious. You enjoy working in multicultural teams and adapting your style to collaborate across regions and time zones.
