From our early days we are in constant evolution and presently we would like now to add in our staff a Frontend/Fullstack Engineer Our main goal is to offer highly qualified technology solutions in an innovative and creative environment through a diverse team of highly skilled engineers. Provide the means and the measures for designing and developing all the quality aspects of a software solution, both functionally and technically, in order to meet the requirements and overall quality of the intended solution by creating, documenting and testing an end to end test plan to ensure that all the objectives are met and the solution works as expected. The Frontend Engineer will focus on building user-centric, responsive, and performant web applications, while contributing to backend development when needed. The role demands proficiency in frontend technologies, analytical skills, familiarity with Node.js, and strong collaboration abilities. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences while maintaining high coding standards and software quality. Design and build responsive, intuitive interfaces using React and Next.js . Support backend development using Node.js (Fastify). Integrate APIs for smooth frontend-backend communication. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and perform testing of frontend components. Use Docker and Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus) for deployment and operations. Contribute to InnerSource/Open Source projects to promote innovation and collaboration. Work in Agile teams , supporting both frontend and backend efforts. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, building complex and distributed systems. Degree in Computer Science , IT, or a related field. Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript . Strong experience with React , Next.js , and modern CSS tools (Tailwind, CSS Modules, Styled Components). Backend familiarity: Node.js with Fastify . Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases. Skilled in software architecture principles: scalability, fault tolerance, and recovery. Experience with CI/CD , automated testing, Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus). Comfortable with GitHub workflows (GitHub Actions, GitOps, scripting, etc.). Passion for clean code, documentation, and sustainable software practices. Fluent in English (written & spoken). Ability to coordinate with global stakeholders.
