About the job You’ll be responsible for resolving escalated incidents, analyzing technical issues, supporting our IT infrastructure and participating in IT projects. What are you going to do? Provide 2nd line support and resolve infrastructure-related incidents Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy) Configure and monitor our resources Support IT projects, including migrations and upgrades Maintain documentation and enforce security and compliance standards What do you bring? 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Engineer in Microsoft environments Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Microsoft 365 and Azure Ability to automate repetitive IT tasks Solid understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, WiFi, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls) Familiarity with enterprise virtualization platforms, Linux servers, backup and security solutions. Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset Fluent in English (written and spoken); other languages are a plus Driving license Competitive salary Remuneration that will be adequate to your skills, experience and results – NRF appreciates employees, also financially.
