Job Title: Project ManagerAsegúrese de que toda la información de su solicitud está actualizada y en orden antes de inscribirse en esta oportunidad.Department: Project Management TeamReports to: Head of Project Management and ComplianceType: Full-timeResponsibilitiesFacilitate clear, timely, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Assist in the preparation and management of project‑related materials, timelines, and deliverables to support successful project execution.Coordinate the setup, testing, and maintenance of virtual platforms or event technologies used for project delivery, ensuring smooth functionality and participant engagement.Support the preparation, review, and tracking of project‑related contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal and compliance teams.Liaise with the compliance department to ensure all project activities and materials adhere to internal policies, legal requirements, and client standards.Develop and format project documentation, reports, and presentation materials according to established templates and project specifications.Attend and support project‑related events, including on‑site coordination, logistics oversight, and stakeholder engagement.Support project execution and coordination.Prepare and manage virtual event platforms.Experience in project coordination or event management.Familiarity with virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).QualificationsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or aPw related field.Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management, event management, or a similar coordination role.Experience working with virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams) preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent tools.Willingness and ability to travel for project events (business travel is mandatory).Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.We're looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys bringing projects to life from concept to execution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
